Farmers' music and dance is a synthetic art accompanying every kind of religious rite, festival, parade,
and seasonal farming activity. It is performed with Korean percussion instruments (brass gong, drum,
gong, hourglass drum, tabor) and wind instruments (shawm, trumpet, whistle).

The Nongak band consists of Kisu (farming tools, youngi), Jaebi (Sangshwe, busu, gong, drum, janggu
and sogo) and Jabsaek (daeposu, Yangban, Hwasang, bride, prostitute and mudong) and plays diverse
entertainment to the command of the leading instrument Sangshwe (bupo, jangdan and story telling) and
rhythm of the Jingsu.

The Farmers' Folk Band of Jeonla-do plays twice per day and it is handed down in the Southern part,
Iksan, Ok-ku, Kimje, Iri, Buan, Jeongup, Kosan, Young Kwang, Chang Sung, Naju, Ham Pyung, Buan, Jang Heung, Hae Nam, Jindo

In Sam, the leader of the band. They also play a shell trumpet, drum, hourglass drum, and tabor which
