It is a combination of the Korean letter 'ㄱ' shaped inner wing, which is rarely found in the north, and the typical southern straight line outer wing. As the owner's main trade was willow craft, the house has a spacious large wooden floor hall and many rooms which can also be used as workshops or for the storage of materials.
